AllBet takes measures to ensure that we, and you the member, comply with all applicable laws in your country. It is important that you review the following additions to our Terms and Conditions. In playing with AllBet you accept and agree to our Terms and Conditions as outlined below.

In playing on the AllBet Website you are declaring to us that you are 18 years old or older. Terms and Conditions

By accessing the AllBet website and by registering through our site to participate in any of the interactive online games (collectively the ‘Games’), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’). Please read them carefully and make sure that you only access the games if you fully understand the contents and agree to be bound by them.

You must comply at all times with the laws in force in the country or jurisdiction where you are located and/or resident. To participate in any Games, irrespective of where you are playing, you must be at least 18 years old to play.

General

Registration

You must choose a unique username and password for the use of your account (see clause 5) to enable you to play the Games once you have registered. These must be kept secret and confidential by you. We will treat as valid all wagers placed using your username and password and consider them to have been made by you.

You agree to be solely responsible for all use of our site or playing of the Games through the use of your username and password. You agree to indemnify AllBet and keep AllBet fully indemnified for any and all loss, liability, damage, costs, claims, and expenses resulting from such use and/or playing, excluding loss, damage, or claims resulting from our liability under clause 8.1.

You may not transfer, sell, or pledge your account to another person. This prohibition includes the transfer of any assets of value of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of accounts, winnings, deposits, bets, rights and/or claims in connection with these assets, legal, commercial, or otherwise. The prohibition on said transfers also includes however is not limited to the encumbrance, pledging, assigning, usufruct, trading, brokering, hypothecation, and/or gifting in cooperation with a fiduciary or any other third party, company, natural or legal individual, foundation and/or association in any way, shape, or form.

In order to register with our site or to participate in any Games in any way you must be not less than 18 years old and have completed our registration form providing details of your identity and place of residence. Additionally, a valid email address is required at the time of withdrawal and it is the sole responsibility of the account holder to see that this information is kept current. We withhold the right, at our own discretion, to conduct checks against your registered details to ensure that this is the case, and we shall be entitled to demand further evidence as to your age at any time in the future and to suspend and/or terminate your registration if we believe that you are not at least 18 years old. AllBet withholds the right to take any and all actions necessary to exclude persons who are not 18 years old from accessing any site operated by AllBet. Persons under the age of 18 years will not be entitled to collect any winnings. Any person under the age of 18 who accesses AllBet is committing fraud and may be subject to criminal sanctions.

If you are one of our employees or an employee of our parent company or one of our licensees, software suppliers, and developers, affiliated or subsidiary companies, you are not permitted to register with us or to participate in any of the Games. Any person found to have violated this section will not be entitled to collect any winnings.

We withhold the right to refuse to register you or to suspend and/or terminate your registration or account at any time at our absolute discretion. In addition, we withhold the right to refund or withhold any balance on an account at our absolute discretion if suspicion or evidence of manipulation of our financial system or of your or another customer’s account arises or if we have reasonable grounds for believing that you are using our service contrary to the purpose for which it was intended or for committing any offense. At your written request we will advise the reasons for the suspension or termination of your account.

In particular, but without prejudice to the generality of clause 2.5, we withhold the right to suspend and/or terminate your registration or account in the event that you cause to be published on, and/or sent via, our site or by playing on any of the Games any actual or potentially defamatory, offensive or obscene language or material. This clause 2.6 applies also to your choice of a user name and to any breach by you of our privacy policy (please see section 7 below).

If your registration is terminated or suspended, we withhold the right to determine whether to declare as void any wagers placed by you subject to any review by the authorities in Netherlands Antilles.

You must ensure that your personal details are kept accurate on our system. If you have moved or your personal information has changed, please contact customer service. You must update your personal details as necessary.

It is your responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with all laws and regulations in any country or jurisdiction where you are located or reside and that you have complete and unrestricted legal right to use this service and play the Games. If you live in any country where Internet wagering is prohibited, you must not register with us or attempt to participate in any of the Games. Persons found to have violated this section will not be entitled to collect any winnings.

All material on our site, including but not limited to images, pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text, and the Software (as defined in clause 4.1) belongs to us and is protected by copyright law. Materials supplied by referral companies and partner websites are also covered by such law, although AllBet accepts no responsibility or liability for any material on those websites. You may not distribute, exchange, modify, sell, or transmit anything you copy from our site for any business, commercial or public purpose, and such use is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized use of content is a violation of the law.

Subject to our compliance with our data protection obligations under Section 7, by posting material on our site or by communicating with us or other players by e-mail or otherwise, you are deemed to give us a worldwide, royalty-free, assignable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, frame, brand, co-brand, distribute and publish such material in any media form now known or later developed.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to use the software for the Games (the ‘Software’) strictly for participation only in the Games in accordance with the Rules. You may use the Software on any computer at which you are the primary user and provided always that you comply with these Terms, in particular sections 2.3 and 2.9 above.

You may not sub-license, nor assign or transfer this license, nor rent or lease any portion of our site or of the Games. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or make any attempt to discover the source code of the Software or any material on our site or used for any of the Games.

Commercial use of our site and any of the Games is strictly forbidden. You are only allowed to place wagers on the Games for your own personal entertainment.

You fully accept that all computer instructions and responses sent over the Internet to and from us and/or through use of the Software will be binding on you.

Your Account

In order to place any wagers on any of the Games, you must open and maintain an account with us. We withhold the right to subcontract our obligations to provide you with such an account to third party electronic financial transaction service providers (‘Electronic Service Providers’). You irrevocably authorize us to instruct such Electronic Service Providers to handle account deposits and withdrawals from your account and you irrevocably agree that we may give such instructions on your behalf. Prior to appointing an Electronic Service Provider we shall notify you in writing and give you the opportunity to close your account if you do not wish to transact with it.

Only wagers placed from your Accounts set up through AllBet will be accepted for the Games and any winnings you make on the Games will be credited into your Account. Even if you have opened an account through another website, you will still need to open a separate one through AllBet for placing wagers on any of the Games.

We withhold the right to withhold payment of any funds if we suspect or have evidence of manipulation of our financial system or of your or another customer’s Account. We may also withhold payment if we have reasonable grounds for believing you are using our service for purposes other than that for which it was intended or that you are committing any offense or if we determine that you have breached these Terms. Charges and proceedings may be brought against you or any other person who has manipulated or tried to manipulate, our service, any of the Games or your or any other customer’s account(s) and we withhold the right to report you to the relevant regulatory authorities if we become aware or suspect that you are involved in any such activities.

We withhold the right to terminate your account at any time at our absolute discretion in the event that wagers have been placed in an attempt to defraud AllBet or made by or contracted by any bookmaker or gambling syndicate in an attempt to maximize payouts on our Games. Further, we withhold the right to withhold all winnings, as well as the principle, of anyone found to have taken part in such activities.

You must comply with the all Information & Instructions whenever you deposit or withdraw amounts from your AllBet Account. The minimum withdrawal on any single occasion shall not be less than $50. Please note that some withdrawal methods provided by AllBet are subject to a payout fee. Fees will vary depending on your desired payout method.

After the first deposit, a processing fee will be applied to all card deposits.

We will only accept funds for deposits into your account where the funds are traceable. The minimum sum that you may deposit on any single occasion is $50. If we become aware or have reason to suspect that a transaction is suspicious and may involve money laundering or something similar to money laundering then we withhold the right to retain the amount of that transaction and any other transaction made by you and to report the transaction to the relevant regulatory authorities.

It is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that all deposits to their account are collected by the merchant. Failure to repurchase any deposits that go uncollected in a timely manner will result in the account being suspended and subject to collections. Any winnings in an account with uncollected deposits will be voided. All funds in any account that is linked to, or associated with, a delinquent account, as determined by the merchant in their sole discretion, are subject to forfeiture.

The balance held in your Account will not bear interest in your favor.

You must maintain your Account in order to place wagers in any of the Games. We withhold the right to refuse or limit any wager(s) and in the event, you are not allowed to place a wager greater than the amount of credit in your Account (after taking into account all previous wagers).

Usage of the opt-out facility will result in your account being blocked and AllBet will not accept wagers from this account. Any account that is blocked through the use of the opt-out facility cannot be reactivated for at least seven days.

Subject to clause 5.4 when you close your Account you will be entitled to the returnable funds in it subject to any bank charges applicable should you request expedited payment. Should your account remain dormant for a period of more than six months with a balance of less than $1 we shall be entitled to close the account and retain such balance as a contribution towards our administration costs.

If, as part of a promotional campaign or competition, we credit an amount to your Account registered in your name, you can only use such amounts as wagers for playing in the Games. You are not entitled to withdraw such amounts and we withhold the right to reclaim those amounts if you do not use them to play the Games during the period specified in the promotion.

To maintain a high level of security to protect your funds, we will perform random security checks and keep records of transactions and wagers. You accept that we may demand additional documentation to verify you as the account holder in the event of a security check.

If any of your personal account details or other financial information relevant to your Account are incorrect, you must inform us immediately, as failure to do so may result in transactions being declined by your financial institution. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for transactions, which are declined as a result of incorrect details where you have failed to make us aware of any changes/correct details. Should your credit card be lost or stolen, you are required to notify AllBet immediately.

In order to make a withdrawal, verification of identity is required in the form of an account number, password & a valid email address. Customers who choose to use credit cards to fund their AllBet account will be required to submit documentation to support ownership of each credit card used.

‘New user’ means a person signing up for the first time. Their email address or home address must not already exist anywhere on our database. If a previous record of a user’s details (even a partial record) exists on our database, we may deem that user ineligible for ‘New user’ promotions and any relevant additional credit.

ALL credit into accounts from premium rate telephone PINs must be played or wagered on our games before any attempt is made to ‘cashout’ or make a ‘payout request’. Users crediting their accounts and then attempting to cash out all, or a large proportion, of this credit before wagering or staking it on our games will be deemed to be using their funds ‘inappropriately’ and may have their accounts locked, preventing further activity. These users will have their accounts analyzed and we may, where we deem it necessary, pass on these details to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.

Unless otherwise stated, ‘free money’, ‘additional credit’ or ‘refund’ promotions will only be valid where the user credits the requisite amount to qualify for the promotion by credit or debit card and NOT by premium rate telephone PINs. Also, If you are a recipient of any non-deposit compensation, you are entitled to max cash out of five times the amount after the RO is complete unless otherwise specified. In the case where a “Wager Back” promotion is extended to a AllBet customer, the wager back refund amount takes the form of an up to $500 free play with a 3-time rollover based on real money losses on the agreed straight bet or totals type wager. Must complete all combined rollover requirements before a payout. Wager Back promotions are not automatically offered to any AllBet customers at any time and are extended only on a case by case basis. Clients are responsible for calling in and claiming the agreed-upon “Wager Back” after the original game is graded.

Use of Bots is Prohibited. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including but not limited to “robots,” “spiders,” “offline readers,” “load testers” or otherwise interact with the AllBet Platform in a manner that a human could not reasonably produce. AllBet may, without notice, suspend or permanently close any account(s) associated to this type of activity. All account balances (made up of deposits, bonus money and winnings) will be forfeited. AllBet will not be liable to you or any third party for compensation, indemnity, or damages of any sort as a result of changing, suspending or terminating your AllBet account in accordance with these Terms.

While we strive to maintain a secure platform, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from phishing incidents experienced by our clients. It is the sole responsibility of the client to exercise caution and ensure the security of their personal information. In the event that a client becomes a victim of a phishing attack while using our platform, we encourage them to promptly report the incident to our support team. We will review the case and provide any necessary assistance or guidance to the best of our abilities. While we will make reasonable efforts to review the reported phishing incident, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or resolution. The nature of phishing attacks often involves external factors beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for the actions or consequences caused by the phishing attacker.

Allbet Prohibits any use of VPN, IP address hiding or masking services while in use of our platform. If client found to be using any type of these services, Allbet reserves the right to ban the player and void the balance in full.

Rules Governing All Games

You agree that you are more than 18 years old and that you will at all times comply with all standards and/or laws in any country or jurisdiction where you are located and/or resident.

You fully accept and agree that random number generator software will determine the outcome of the Games.

You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of our site or of the normal playing of any of the Games.

We withhold the right to refuse the whole or part of any wager at our discretion.

Wagers will be valid subject to these Terms if accepted by our gaming server.

You agree that AllBet and our records shall be the final authority in determining the terms of any wagers you place and the circumstances in which they were made.

Overview

These Terms constitute the whole of the agreement between you and AllBet.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Our “Welcome Packages” are only available to certain states within the United States of America.

Special free plays given to clients will always come with an applicable (10 or 25) times rollover that must be met before a client is eligible for a payout. The maximum payout is five (5) times the special free play amount. The five (5) times max cash-out amount will be based on your last free money credit. Example: a $25 special free play would carry a maximum withdrawal amount of $125. A $50 special free play special would carry a max withdrawal amount of $250 and a $100 special free play would carry a max withdrawal amount of $500. In order to retain their Loyalty Program status, clients must meet the minimum required Season Points specified for the said tier. If a client does not meet the minimum standards, AllBet withholds the right to drop a player to the tier corresponding to the number of Season Points accumulated in the current season.

Variation of terms and conditions

We may modify the Contract at any time, such modifications becoming effective immediately upon either the modified Contract on the Service or notification to you. By continuing to use the Service following a modification you will be deemed to accept such modification.

Matters beyond our reasonable control

If we cannot do what we have promised in the Contract because of something beyond our reasonable control, technical failure, lightning, flood, or exceptionally severe weather, fire or explosion, civil disorder, war (whether declared or not), or operations, natural or local emergency, anything done by government or other competent authority or industrial disputes of any kind (including those involving our employees), we will not be liable for this.

Football Terms

NFL General Terms

Bets are considered official after 55 minutes of play. If 55 minutes of play is not conducted, a bet on the team is treated as no action, and a parlay bet will be reduced accordingly.

Bets on 1st, 2nd half's and all quarters will be considered action upon completion of the period in question.

Bets on spread, money line, totals for the whole game and all bets on second half's always include overtime scoring. Bets for 4th quarter do not include overtime scoring.

NFL Props

NFL – Team to SCORE FIRST: First team to score in the game. If a team scores and the game is canceled or postponed afterward, all wagers stand regardless of how many minutes have been played.

NFL – Team to SCORE LAST: Must be an official game (55 minutes of play). If the game goes into overtime, the team that scores last will be the winner.

NFL - SCORE IN THE FIRST 7 ½ MINUTES: 7½ minutes must be played. If the game is canceled or postponed after 7½ minutes of play all wagers stand.

NFL - TOTAL 1st HALF POINTS vs. TOTAL 2nd HALF POINTS: Must be an official game (55 minutes of play) and includes overtime.

NFL - FIRST SCORING PLAY (touchdown or FG/safety): If a team scores and the game is canceled or postponed afterward, all wagers stand regardless of how many minutes have been played.

3 UNANSWERED SCORES- Extra points or 2 point conversions do NOT count.

PLAYER PROPS- All players must take the field and play for action. Results are based on the official stats from the game. (Unless otherwise specified)

Teams will have three run/pass only options for extra points following a touchdown
2-yard line = one point; 5-yard line = two points; 10-yard line = three points
Defense awarded same number of points for a touchdown

GAME TIMING

The XFL will operate with a 35-second play clock, which begins following the previous play
Clock will start following incomplete passes and out of bounds plays prior to two-minute warning of either half
Clock will stop following first downs after two-minute warning of either half.
The first and second half will be split by a 10-minute halftime

KICKOFFS

Teams begin play five yards apart - kicking team at opponent’s 35-yard line and return team at own 30-yard line

OPTIONS TO KEEP BALL

Teams will have two options to keep the ball after scoring:

Traditional onside kick (any time during game) or
4th and 15 conversion from own 25-yard line (4thquarter only)

DOUBLE FORWARD PASS

If a team completes a forward pass behind the line of scrimmage, that team may throw a second forward pass, as long as the ball has not crossed the line of scrimmage
Once the ball has passed the line of scrimmage, no forward passes are permitted
The first pass may fall incomplete rather than becoming a fumbled lateral.

OVERTIME

Consists of alternating attempts from opponent’s 5-yard line
Three attempts per team (two points per score) or until winner is decided

INSTANT REPLAY

Centralized replay with all plays subject to review from Replay Official
Replay may correct errors on non-reviewable plays, player safety at any point during the game, and any issue in the last five minutes of regulation plus overtime
Head coach may challenge one on-field ruling per game, including those involving a foul or potential foul

Final ruling made by designated members of officiating department in central location

AUSSIE RULES

For wagering purposes, winners and losers are determined by the final score (including overtime, if applicable).
All Aussie Rules matches must go at least 80 minutes to have action, except for pre-season matches that are scheduled to play less time.
If an Aussie Rules match is postponed for more than 48 hours from its original starting time, all bets on the match will be void/no action and the stake will be returned to your account.
For Parlays/Accumulators in the case of an event ending in a draw, bets on the Moneyline are considered pushed and the parlay/accumulator will be recalculated and reduced based on the remaining legs that have action.
Australian Rules Brownlow Medal Betting (Event held as player voted "MVP" of the AFL competition):
This event is determined on a "win-only" basis. The eligible player who compiles the most votes after the 22-round season will be declared the winner. Any player who was suspended during the season is not eligible to win the award. If that player polls the most votes, the following eligible player is declared the winner. In the event of a tie (dead-heat), both players will be declared the winner.

USFL RULES

Extra points

When teams score a touchdown in the USFL, they'll have the option to attempt a one-, two- or even three-point conversion. Teams will receive:

One point for a kick made with the ball snapped from the 15-yard line
Two points for a scrimmage play from the two-yard line that successfully crosses the goal line
Three points for a scrimmage play from the 10-yard line that successfully crosses the goal line

As a result, a team trailing by nine points can still tie the game with a touchdown (and a three-point conversion), while an 18-point lead is still a two-possession game.

Onside kicks

Teams will have two options to retain possession after scoring. The first option will be a traditional onside kick attempt from the 25-yard line.

The second will be running a 4th-and-12 play from their own 33-yard line. If the team makes a first down, fantastic — it retains possession from that spot. If the team attempting the "onside" fails, however, the defense gets the ball wherever the offense is downed.

Overtime

Overtime will be a shootout in which each team's offense will alternate plays against the opposing defense from the two-yard line. Each team will run a total of three plays, and each successful scoring attempt will receive two points. The team with the most points after each team has run its three plays wins.

If the score is tied after each team runs three plays, the subsequent attempts become sudden death until a winner is declared.

Two forward passes

Offenses will be allowed to throw two forward passes behind the line of scrimmage, expanding teams' playbooks while adding even more excitement and trick-play potential to games.

Other rules changes

Instant replay: Each coach will be allowed one replay challenge. Replay Command at FOX Sports Control Center in Los Angeles will make all replay decisions, meaning that one replay crew will make all the decisions. This will ensure accurate, consistent, and faster rulings.

USFL Replay Command will have the authority to overrule incorrect personal foul calls, including roughing the passer, hits on defenseless players, face-mask penalties, horse-collars, and more. USFL Replay Command will also be responsible for determining whether the act of pass interference is obviously intentional when it occurs 15 yards beyond the line of scrimmage (see below).

Defensive pass interference: The penalty for defensive pass interference will mirror the NCAA rule, with exceptions. Defensive pass interference will be a spot foul if it occurs less than 15 yards from the line of scrimmage, but it is a 15-yard penalty if the spot of the foul is beyond 15 yards. The goal is to decrease the punitive nature of defensive pass interference penalties.

However, a defender intentionally tackling a receiver beyond 15 yards past the line of scrimmage would be a spot foul.

Offensive pass interference: If a pass does not cross the line of scrimmage, there can be no penalty for either offensive pass interference or ineligible player downfield. This rule change opens up the offense without undermining defense and forgoes punishment for infractions unrelated to the play

Kickoffs: All kickoffs will be from the 25-yard line. No kicking team member may line up any further back than one yard, while the receiving team must have a minimum of eight players in the set-up zone between their 35- and 45-yard lines. After a kickoff travels 20 yards, the first touch must be by the receiving team. If an untouched kick becomes dead, the ball belongs to the receiving team at that spot.

Baseball Terms

Official Game Time

Winners and Losers are official after 5 innings of play unless the home team is leading after 4 ½ innings. If a game is called or suspended, the score after the last full inning determines the winner. If the home team scores to tie - or takes the lead in the bottom half of the inning— the score at the time the game is called determines the winner. Monies will be refunded if the home team ties the game and it is then suspended. Events will not carry over to the following day (unless otherwise specified). AllBet does not recognize suspended games, protests, overturned decisions, etc. for wagering purposes.

When wagering on the total runs (over/under) the game must go 9 innings (8 ½ if the home team is ahead) to have action. Wagers on total runs will be refunded if a pitcher change occurs prior to both listed pitchers throwing at least one pitch. Terms for the run line wagers are the same as those for baseball totals.

Pitcher Selection

Baseball wagers will be accepted in the following manner:

Action: Team against team, regardless of the starting pitcher. "Action" wagers will be computed by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.

One specified pitcher: A wager where you pick only 1 pitcher and do not care who the other starting pitcher is. The pitcher you list MUST start in order for your wager to have "Action".

Both specified pitchers (listed): If starting pitchers are not exactly as listed on wagering display board and/or your ticket, your wager will be deemed "no action".

Note: If there is a pitching change prior to the game, money odds may be adjusted. If one scheduled pitcher starts against any unscheduled pitcher, "action" wagers will be computed by the opening price with the new pitcher. A pitcher is deemed a starting pitcher after throwing one pitch.

Baseball Props

First 5 full Innings:
When wagering on the "First 5 full innings" lines, both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change all wagers will be no action. If both teams are tied, wagers on sides will be considered a push and the wagers on the total will have action. Both teams must bat 5 full innings for action.
Second Halfs
Bets are based on the score from the top of the 6th inning till the end of the game. Must be a complete game (i.e. 9 innings, or 8½ innings if the home team is ahead). Wagers include extra innings.
All wagers are action, regardless of pitcher.
Player Props:
All players must start for action (unless otherwise specified). All players must have at least 1 at bat (note walks count), and the game must go 8½ innings with the home team winning.
Team to score first:
When wagering on "Team to score first", both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers will be no action. The "Team to score first" prop has action as soon as a team scores.
Team total Runs:
When wagering on "Team total runs", both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change, all wagers will be no action. The game must go a minimum of 8½ innings with the home team winning.
Hits and Home Runs props:
When wagering on Hits and/or Home Runs, both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change all wagers will be no action. The game must go a minimum of 8½ innings if the home team is winning.
Alternative Run Lines:
When wagering on "Alternative Run Lines", both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change all wagers will be no action. The game must go a minimum of 8½ innings with the home team winning.
Total Runs, Hits, and Errors:
When wagering on Total Runs, Hits, and Errors both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change all wagers will be no action. The game must go a minimum of 8½ innings with the home team winning.
Inning by Inning:
When wagering on Inning by Inning both listed pitchers must start. In case of a pitching change all wagers will be no action. Innings will be graded on an inning by inning basis (6 outs must be recorded in the inning for it to be graded), the only exception being that in the 9th inning the home team does not need to bat unless they are losing.
MLB Grand Salami:
All games must go a minimum of 8½ innings for this prop to have action.
Will there be a score in the first inning:
Prop will be graded as soon as the first inning ends, and bets are action regardless of game suspension or postponement.
Baseball Series Prices:
Any and all baseball series wagers must have all 3 games played by the end of a specified date for the wager to have action. If all 3 games are not played by that specified date then all wagers have 'no-action', regardless if one team has 2 wins. All 3 games must be official by Las Vegas Gaming Standards (see our rules regarding baseball wagers and what constitutes an official result).
Note: If we provide a baseball series price for a series that has 4 games, for grading purposes, the wager is based on the initial 3 games.

All other

All wagers are based on listed pitchers.

Wagering on Baseball

Money Line Wagering

Wagering on baseball is done by risking more money than the win amount on favorites (Mets) or risking less to win more on dogs or underdogs (teams not favored to win).

Example:

	Mets	-140
	Reds	+120

If you wager on the Mets -140 you lay $140 to win $100.

If you wager on the Reds +120 you lay $100 to win $120.

Totals Over/Under ( This wager is ALWAYS " Listed Pitchers")

There is a standard 20 cent line.

Example:

Mets	7 over	-120
	7 under	Even Money

If you take the Mets over 7 runs you lay $120 to win $100.

If you take the Reds under 7 you lay $100 to win $100 (even money).

The team doesn't matter. You are only wagering on the total runs of the game.

Run Line Wagering ( This wager is ALWAYS " Listed Pitchers)"

A baseball Run Line wager is a combination of the point spread and the money line. The team wagered on must win by the point spread while the amount wagered is determined by the money line odds.

Example:

	Braves	-1 1/2 +130
	Pirates	+1 1/2 -150

If you wager on the Braves you must win by 2 or more runs. You would lay $100 to win $130.

If you wager on the Pirates they cannot lose by 2 or more runs. You would lay $150 to win $100.

Cricket Rules:

All wagers will be settled using the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the match or competition concerned.

If a match venue is changed then bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match are reversed then bets placed based on the original listing will be void.

If a match is postponed due to rain and is played within 24 hours in the same venue all bets placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such.

If a match is abandoned due to outside interference, bets on the outcome for the total of the game are voided, if no winner is declared from the official site all bets on the winner of the match are voided.

Where no price is quoted for the tie and the official competition rules do not determine a winner then all wagers will be graded cancelled. In competitions where a bowl out or super over determines a winner, then bets will be settled on the official result.
In case the game did not go for at least for the official amount of overs, all bets on the outcome for the over/under are voided.
In case the game did not go for at least the official amount of overs, all bets on the outcome for the winner of the match are settled based on the official announcement.

In the case of the game ending in a draw, all bets on the outcome for the result for the match will be voided.

A Fifty to Be scored in the Match

The following minimum number of overs must be scheduled, and there must be an official result (Duckworth - Lewis counts) otherwise all bets are void, unless settlement is already determined. For settlement purposes any batsman’s score of 50 or above will count.

Twenty20 Matches - The full 20 overs for each team.
One Day Matches - At least 40 overs for each team.

A Hundred to Be Scored in the Match

The following minimum number of overs must be scheduled, and there must be an official result (Duckworth - Lewis counts) otherwise all bets are void, unless settlement is already determined.

Twenty20 Matches - The full 20 overs for each team.
One Day Matches - At least 40 overs for each team.

Test and First Class Matches - The whole match counts. In drawn matches there must be a minimum of 200 overs bowled.

1st Wicket Method

The options available are:- Caught, Bowled, LBW, Run Out, Stumped and Any Other. Bets will be settled on the 1st wicket to fall in the match. If no wicket falls during the match then all bets will be void.

Man of the Match

Bets will be settled on the officially declared man of the match.

1st Over Total Runs

Prices will be offered for the total runs scored during the 1st innings of the match. Extras and penalty runs will be included. The over must be completed for bets to stand unless settlement is already determined.

Most Match Sixes

If a match is abandoned due to outside interference then all bets will be void, unless settlement is already determined. If a match is reduced in overs and a match result is reached then the team that hits the most sixes regardless of amount of overs faced will be the winners. For settlement purposes this is all deliveries from which a batsman is credited with exactly six runs (including All-run/Overthrows). In matches decided by a Super-Over, sixes hit during the Super-Over will not count for settlement purposes.

Outside interference does not include weather events.

Top Batsman/Bowler

Bets placed on any player not in the starting 11 or nominated as the designated substitute 12th man are void. Bets on players who are selected but do not bat or field will be settled as losers. Dead-heat rules apply.

The following number of minimum overs must be bowled unless All Out or match has been completed, otherwise bets void.

One Day Internationals - 20 overs

Pro40 - 10 overs
Friends Provident Trophy - 20 overs
Ryobi Cup - 20 overs
Twenty20 Cup - 6 overs

In event of two or more players ending on an equal number of wickets then the bowler with the least number of runs conceded will be deemed the winner. Dead-heat rules apply.

Hockey Terms

Minimum Time for Action:

Hockey games must go at least 55 minutes to have action.
For wagering purposes, winners and losers are determined by the final score, provided that the game has gone the minimum time as specified above.

Overtime:

For wagering on games in the National Hockey League, the final score includes overtime and shoot-outs.
If a game is suspended after the minimum time has been played and not resumed the same day, then regardless of whether the game is completed at a later date, the score when the game is halted will determine the betting results.
If play is suspended before the minimum time has been reached and not resumed the same day, all bets will be scored as 'no action' and all monies refunded.

Additional Terms:

AllBet does not sell points in hockey wagers.
Regarding totals: If the game ends in overtime tied and goes to a shootout, the winner of the shootout will be credited with one extra goal. This means there will be no more ½ goal lines in hockey. Additionally, this means there will be no more ties in hockey.
Unless noted before a contest, all events must be played on the scheduled date and at the scheduled site to have action.
AllBet does not offer teasers in hockey.
Las Vegas wagering Terms will apply to any situations not covered herein.

Other Terms

Soccer

Soccer wagers on the moneyline are a 3-Outcome event, which means that you can pick either of the two teams to win, or you can pick the draw (tie). If you do not pick the draw, and the game ends in a tie, then the wager is a loss. The score at the end of regulation time (90 minutes + stoppage time) will be used to grade all wagers. No extra periods, golden-goals, or penalty shootouts are included (unless otherwise specified).

Any wagers placed after the game has started are deemed no-action.

European Hockey

All games must start on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to have action. If a match venue is changed, bets already placed will stand providing the home team is still designated as such. If the home and away team for a listed match play the fixture at the away team venue then bets will stand providing the home team is still officially designated as such, otherwise bets will be void. Betting markets are based on scheduled 3 x 20 minute periods plus overtime/shootouts unless otherwise stated. If this scheduled format is not played then bets will be void, with the exception of game props where the result has already been determined. There must be 5 minutes or less of scheduled game time left for bets to have action, unless the specific market outcome is already determined.

Cricket Betting

At least one ball must be bowled for bets to stand, otherwise all bets are void. However, if a match is officially abandoned (e.g. due to dangerous pitch conditions) then all undecided bets on the match are void. In one-day matches shortened by weather the outcome will be that determined by the Competition Rules. If the match is declared a 'no-result' all bets are void and wagers refunded. Betting on Australian domestic cricket is based on the most points awarded in the match.

Darts

Pre-Game Match Betting In the event of a match starting but not being completed, the player progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes. For Premier League darts events, match betting may be offered in the form of 3-Way, and 2-Way markets. For settlement purposes the 3-Way market includes the Tie option. Bets will be void in the 2-Way market if the match result is a tie.

Snooker

Match Betting In the event of a match starting but not being completed the player progressing to the next round or being awarded the victory will be deemed the winner for settlement purposes.

Handball

Unless otherwise stated all bets will be settled based on the score at the end of regulation time and excluding overtime if played.All match betting markets are based on the result at the end of a scheduled 60 minutes play unless otherwise stated. If the scheduled 60 minutes is not played then bets will be void. Any postponed or cancelled matches will be treated as a non-runner for settling purposes unless it is played within 48 hours of the original start time. Specifically for any competition that uses a Mercy Rule, in the event of such a Rule being called in a match, all bets will stand on the score at the time.

Aussie Rules

All match markets will be settled including overtime if played unless otherwise stated. Regulation time must be completed for bets to stand unless otherwise stated. Volleyball & Beach Volleyball Moneyline markets refer to the winner of the match or specified set. Handicap markets are based on either sets or points (please refer to market title); Over/Under and Odd/Even markets based on points (unless otherwise stated). If a team does not start a tournament or match then all bets on that team will be void. If a team retires or is disqualified during a match then all bets will be void, except for those on markets which have been unconditionally determined. If a match is postponed or suspended then all bets will be void.

Boxing

This covers straight money line betting as well as proposition bets on whether the fight, will go to a certain amount of rounds as predetermined on the day of the fight. Boxing wagers will be no action until the sound of the bell to start the first round.
Examples:

Tarver -150 risk $150 to win $100 on Tarver
Jones Jr. +190 risk $100 to win $190 on Jones Jr.
Will go 10 1/2 rounds +130 risk $100 to win $130
Will not go 10 1/2 rounds -150 risk $150 to win $100
10 ½ rounds means ten full rounds and ninety seconds of the eleventh round
All results are official by the result of the governing body on the day of the fight.
The Draw: in the event of a draw all bets on either boxer to win will be losers.
If the scheduled number of rounds is changed all "total rounds" bets are void and bets refunded.
All bets on either boxer to win will be decided by the judges’ decision, which includes points, Technical knockout (TKO), Knockout (KO) or disqualification.
Where a match is abandoned or postponed, but fought within 14 days of the original scheduled date, all bets stand.
Once the 14 days have expired, all bets are void.

Auto Racing:

There are two main ways to bet on NASCAR and other motor racing events. Either on the out-right winner of the race or on the winner of a predetermined matchup.

Formula One Betting General Terms

Tennis

Tennis Betting General Terms
At AllBet we accept bets on all major tennis events using straight money lines.

Example:

Roger Federer -140 or risk $140 to win $100
Andy Roddick +120 or risk $100 to win $120

For wagering purposes, a tennis match must go at least 2 full sets or 3 full sets for Grand Slams (Australian Open, French Open, Wimbledon and US Open, MENS ONLY), there will be action.

In the event of a retirement after 2 full sets (or 3 full set for a grand slam) the winner will be determined by who advances.

Tennis times are not final. The times will be determined by our official source (Don Best). All matchup are action regardless of schedule changes. In the event of a past-posted wager, the wager will NOT have action regardless of the result.

Wagers placed on matches will have action, even if the match is postponed, and completed on a later date (24Hr Rule does not apply for Tennis Matchups).

In the event of a change of playing surface, venue, or outside to indoor court and vice versa, all bets will stand.

In the case of a walkover situation, the outcome will be graded "no action".

Table Tennis

In the event of a match starting but not being completed for any reason, all bets on the outcome of the match will be void, except for those markets (e.g. race to 10 points or winner of a specific game) that have been completed already.
If a Player is disqualified, for whatever reason, wagers on the outcome of that match are void. This can be after a match is completed.
Set Winner: This bet refers to the winner of a specific set. The respective set must be completed for bets to stand.
If a match is postponed and rescheduled to take place within 48 hours of the original start time, your wager on the match will stand.
If the match is no longer played at the venue advertised, your wager will still stand. This applies as long as the venue has not been changed to the opponent's ground (or in the case of international matches, as long as the venue remains in the same country).
In the event of a match not taking place or if a player/team is given a walkover, bets on that match are void.

Golf

Betting on all Major Golfing Events

Straight money line betting as well as match-ups.
Betting right up until tee-off time.
In head-to-head match-ups, both golfers must tee-off in order to have action. If one player misses the cut, his opponent is deemed the winner. If both players miss the cut the lower score wins. If both players have the same score, then all wagers are refunded.

Special Handicap Head to Heads
If a player withdraws after tee off or misses the cut the player who plays the most holes wins. Playoffs do not count for handicap bets.

To Win a Tournament

All bets are treated as "All In". All players quoted have action regardless if a player withdraws before the tournament begins and are settled as a loss.
If a tournament is shortened, after it has started, then all bets stand. Bets accepted after the end of a day’s play are void unless there is further play, which counts towards the result of the tournament (other than a playoff). Or the betting is specifically stated to be on the outcome of a playoff.
If a tournament is officially abandoned, all bets on the tournament are void, except options that have already been decided.

Rugby

General Rules Unless otherwise stated all Rugby bets are settled on 80 minutes play. The term 80 minutes play includes any stoppage time. Unless otherwise stated Rugby sevens and tens match bets are settled on the specific tournament regulation play and exclude extra-time if played. If a venue is changed from the one advertised then all bets on that match are void. In the event of a change of opponent from the one advertised then all bets for that match are void. Abandoned Matches All bets are void apart from markets where the outcome is already determined. Postponed Matches Are void if not played in the same day as specified.

BETTING RULES FOR IPL CRICKET:

A total of 20 overs must be completed by each side for all bets to be valid.
If a match is abandoned due to outside interference and no official result is declared, all bets will be void.
In a weather affected match, where the minimum number of overs necessary to declare a match or result, has not been bowled, all bets on the game will be void
In the case of the game ending in a draw, all bets on the outcome for the result for the match will be voided.

Entertainment

Any wagers placed after outcome becomes public knowledge will be graded as no action.
No refunds, all wagers are action.
All wagers will be graded based on the results posted on the official website for each TV Show/Event.
If none or more than one of the listed contestants wins, all wagers will be graded as No-action.

Politics:

Any wagers placed after outcome becomes public knowledge will be graded as no-action.
No refunds, all wagers are action regardless on whether or not they run for each specific category.

eSports

The start dates and times displayed on our website for E-Sport matches are an indication only and are not guaranteed to be correct. If a match is suspended or postponed, and not resumed within 12 hours from the actual scheduled start time, then wagers on the match will have no action and be refunded.
The exception being any wager on whether a team/player advances in a tournament, or wins the tournament, will have action regardless of a suspended or postponed match.
If the name of a player/team is misspelled, all bets will stand unless it is obvious it is the wrong object.
If in an official match a player plays with the wrong nickname or on a smurf-account, the result is still valid unless it is evident that it is not the player that was supposed to play that match.
All wagers will be settled using the official result as declared by the relevant governing body of the competition concerned.
If a draw option has not been made available, then extra time will count, if played.

Handicap betting: A spread in E-Sports can be Rounds/Maps or other counting measures dependent on the game. The spread will only be referred to as the spread. (For example, in Counter Strike the spread will be rounds won, while in Starcraft 2 the spread would be maps).
Handicapping is a way of making a sports contest more even and thus more interesting as a betting object. In E-Sports betting, this is done by awarding one of the teams/players, the underdog, some maps/rounds ahead.

For Example:

If Player A wins the match by two maps or more, Player A bettors win and Player B bettors lose. If Player A wins by exactly one map or Player B wins, Player B bettors win and PlayerA bettors lose.

Total Betting: A total in E-sports can be Rounds/Maps or other counting measures dependent on the game. The total will only be referred to as the total.

Example for a best of three SC2 Match:

Under 2.5 1.93
If either player wins 2-0 all bets on under 2.5 will win, while bets on the over will lose. If either player wins 2-1 all bets on the over win, while bets on the under lose.
If a map is not completed because of a player retirement or disqualification, all bets on the outcome will have action and will be validated based on the official declared winner. Counter-Strike maps are exceptions to this rule, for which all moneyline, spread and total bets are canceled if a team retires or is disqualified before all scheduled map rounds are played.
Should a player/team withdraw before a tournament begins, or retire during a tournament, bets on that player/team to win the tournament, or to advance in tournament, will be canceled and monies refunded.
If the respective player/team withdraws before the tournament begins while being listed as “must start”, then wagers on whether a player/team advances in tournament or wins the tournament, will have no action and monies refunded – this applies to all players/teams participant in the tournament.
If the announced number of maps/rounds is changed all bets on the handicap or total are cancelled. Bets on the moneyline (outcome of the match) have action.
If a player or team receives a walkover or win by admin decision on at least one map, all wagers on the series (moneyline, spread and total) will be canceled and monies refunded. In CS:GO, if a team retires or is disqualified before all scheduled rounds on a map are played, all wagers on the series (moneylines, spread and total) will be canceled and monies refunded as well.
Live Betting: In live betting, if a map is replayed due to a draw, disconnect or similar reasons, all live wagers on the respective map will be canceled. The replay of the map will be treated as a separate game.
Wagers will not be cancelled because a team is playing with a stand-in or replacement player. If the organizer of the event allows for stand-ins and there is an official result, all bets will be graded normally.
In games with a Hero Draft/Champions Select phase (dota 2, LoL, etc...) bets during this phase are allowed.
Props:
First Tower: The first team that has one of their towers destroyed loses this bet.
First Blood: The team that is announced in-game to get "First Blood" wins this bet.
1st to 10 kills: The first team to get to 10 kills on the in-game scoreboard wins this bet.
1st Round: The team that wins the first round wins this bet.
1st to 5 Rounds: The team that first wins 5 rounds wins this bet.
In Dota and LoL any Kill props will be graded using the in-game scoreboard, displayed at the top of the screen.
If a 5v5 team match starts with less than 10 players, or if a 6v6 team match starts with less than 12 players, all bets on the map and series will be cancelled. In DotA2 and League of Legends, if a player disconnects during the first 10 minutes and is unable to reconnect or be replaced for the rest of the game, all bets on the map and series will be cancelled. In CSGO, if at least 5 rounds are played with less than 10 players, all bets on the map and series will be cancelled. One or more player(s) disconnecting or quitting after 10 minutes into a DotA2 or League of Legends match is not a valid reason for the cancellation of wagers on that map or any props concerning that map.
If a map is remade after being partially completed, any props (1st blood, 1st tower, 1st to 10 kills etc...) already decided will be graded with the results from the partially completed map. Any props that are not yet decided will be graded with the results from the remake.
For CSGO Live: Lines for specific Rounds that are listed with “Full Buy” will be cancelled if two or more players on the same team start the round with a primary weapon worth less than $1000. The weapon does not need to be bought by the player themselves but can be given to them by a teammate.
Examples:
NaVi versus Virtus Pro:NaVi is on T side, 4 players buy an AK47, one player does not have enough money and only buys a Tec-9. All Players on Virtus Pro start with Rifles. Wagers will stand because only one player started with a primary weapon worth less than $1000.
NaVi versus Virtus Pro:NaVi is on T side, 4 players buy an AK47, one player only buys a Desert Eagle. Virtus Pro has 4 players starting with an M4A1 and one player starting with a Five-Seven. Wagers will stand because only one player on each team started with a primary weapon worth less than $1000.
NaVi versus Virtus Pro:NaVi is on T side, 3 players start with an AK47, 2 players buy only a Tec-9. No matter what the players on Virtus Pro buy, all wagers on this round will be cancelled because two or more players on the same team started the round with a primary weapon worth less than $1000.

Big 3

Standard 2 and 3 point shots apply.

Exclusive 4 point shots when a player is touching ANY PART of the “4 Point Circle”.

A shooting foul on a missed basket will reward 1 free-throw shot attempt to the shooter:

On a 2pt attempt. Player gets 1 shot (for 2pts) from the free throw line.
On a 4pt attempt. Player gets 1 shot (for 4pts) from the top 4pt circle.
All personal fouls will be counted as team fouls: No foul outs.
On and after the 5th team foul (per half) opponents get 2 shots and ball possession.
A technical foul results in opponent being awarded 2 free-throw shots for 2-points each and possession of the ball.

First team to 50 Points wins.

Half-time happens after a team scores 25 Points.

Substitutions made on a dead ball or by calling time.

On a made basket, the ball is thrown to the official up top or the lead official will retrieve the ball and pass to the top. The team who was scored upon becomes the offense and the scoring team becomes the defense.

After a score (only), or missed technical foul shot, the ball must be taken out up top. After the official hands the player the ball, that player can start play dribbling in or passing it in bounds. This must be done within 5 seconds.

Defensive rebounds (that touch the rim) MUST BE CLEARED.

The ball is cleared when the player with the ball establishes both feet behind the 3 point line. The ball can be cleared by dribbling or passing.

The defensive rebounder that makes a direct pass that clears the ball, must clear the lane and re-establish himself before his team's shot or pass hits the rim.

If a shot or pass hits the rim without being cleared it will result in a turnover.

Once a team has cleared the ball and establishes itself on offense, the normal “3 seconds in the key” rule applies.

There is no defensive "3 second" rule.

Steals do not have to be cleared.

Defensive rebounds that don’t touch the rim do not have to be cleared.

Instant replay applies.

For wagering purposes game must reach 50 points for action
